Title: BUDGET TRANSFER TO FUND A CONTRACT WITH RBF CONSULTING, LLC FOR CONTRACT PLAN REVIEW SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to approve a contract with RBF Consulting, LLC in an amount not to exceed $150,000 for plan review services, and to authorize a budget transfer from development related revenues in excess of budgeted amounts. PURPOSE: The approval of this contract will allow the Engineering Department to continue utilizing a contract with RBF consulting to assist with plan reviews for construction and planning related plan reviews. RECOMMENDATION:
