RECOMMENDATION:

Accept the dedication of an Exclusive Water and Sewer Line Easement for the placement of water and sewer lines through Estrella Mountain Ranch Parcel 9.6 to Estrella Mountain Ranch Parcel 9.5.  

PURPOSE:
