PURPOSE: Ms. Lewkowitz has applied for a new Series 12 liquor license which is for a restaurant. SWH Mimi's Café, LLC purchased 145 restaurants nationwide from Mimi's Café Inc. in February, 2013. Series 12 liquor licenses are not transferrable, therefore, a new Series 12 liquor license is being requested. The restaurant serves French and New Orleans style food.
