RECOMMENDATION:
1. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider approving renewal of license agreement between the City of Goodyear and Cox Communications to install, operate and maintain a cable system within the City.

2. ADOPT RESOLUTION 13-1548 APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GOODYEAR AND COX COMMUNICATIONS TO INSTALL, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A CABLE SYSTEM WITHIN THE CITY OF GOODYEAR.
 
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this item is to review and approve renewal of the license agreement between Cox Communications and the City of Goodyear to install, operate and maintain a cable system within the City.  Representatives from Cox Communications will also be present to answer any questions about the cable license agreement and services provided.
