Title: : IGA WITH MARICOPA COUNTY FOR AN ENTENTE AGREEMENT RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION 13-1534 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE MARICOPA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO IMPLEMENT A COOPERATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. PURPOSE: The Entente Agreement will allow staff from the City and Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) to exchange maintenance services of equal value.
